An Yu

An Yu was born and raised in Beijing, and spent parts of her life studying and working in London, New York, and Paris. She received her M.F.A. from New York University. Her novel, Braised Pork, written in English, was published by Harvill Secker and Grove Atlantic and is forthcoming in six other languages worldwide. Her writing has also appeared in various publications and websites including Literary Hub and The Sunday Times.
